Amidst these early moments, we encounter the wisdom of Luke, who cautions, "Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions." This advice stirs our souls, awakening us to a deep truth that surpasses simple transactions. Within this transformative journey, our contemporary view of indulgences evolves, emerging like a bloom in the desert.
