Subject: Discovering True Understanding Through Faith (The Nourishment of Knowing) Dear Friends, Understanding others begins with knowing myself well, for the ability to know others sprouts from the seed of self-awareness. To truly know yourself, start with knowing Jesus Christ. As it is written: "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2). "We are His workmanship, created for good works" (Ephesians 2:10). "Be renewed in the spirit of your mind" (Ephesians 4:23). "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us" (1 John 1:9). Actionable learning emerges from the door of faith in Christ, where belief becomes understanding. "Do not be afraid," He said, "only believe" (John 20:15). "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith" (2 Corinthians 13:5). "I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content" (Philippians 4:11–13).
