The gospel’s perspective is one of sharp critique and denial of the present world, yet it embodies humility, refrains from quarrel, and finds contentment in lowliness. The kingdom of God is characterized by its humble service to the weak, the sinners, and the outcasts, emphasizing that true divinity resides not in grandeur, but in the quiet, loving service to the least among us.
