Subject: Triumph in Christ: Navigating Life's Stages through Faith* (04/12/'24) -Message

Subject: Triumph in Christ: Navigating Life's Stages through Faith and overcoming through the Cross Dear Friends, I hope this message finds you well. Today, I wanted to share some reflections that have been on my heart, inspired by the journey we all undertake as followers of Christ. It's a path marked by various stages—indifference, ridicule, abuse, repression, and finally, respect. Each stage tests our faith, shapes our character, and prepares us for the blessings God has in store for us. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 As we navigate these stages, it's crucial to remember that our worth is found not in worldly validation but in aligning ourselves with the will of God. He has crafted a purpose for each of us, a unique path that we walk through His grace. "We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." - Romans 5:3-4 The journey is not without its challenges. Like Christ, we may face indifference, be ridiculed, or even suffer abuse. However, our triumph is secured through what Jesus accomplished on the cross. He turned what seemed like defeat into the ultimate victory, offering us a life lived in His strength, not ours. "And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross." - Colossians 2:15 Let us embrace our journey, knowing that each stage, each challenge, is a step towards fulfilling the divine destiny laid out for us. Celebrate life in Christ, and remember, every defeat is an opportunity for victory through faith. May this message inspire you to reflect on your own journey and find courage in the promise that you are never alone. God is with us through every stage, guiding, nurturing, and leading us to respect and true fulfillment. In Faith, Pastor Steven G. Lee (April 12, 2024)
