Transformative Faith: Living and Listening with Christ in Our City There's a big difference between speaking and listening. We're often quick to talk but slow to listen. Only the Holy Spirit of the living Christ can transform us through the cross. The real Christ is out there, present in our lives every day. Our faith shows in how we help those living on the streets and in how we treat our neighbors. We must redefine and humanize our city's public spaces. By living together, we can make our neighborhoods better places to live, even in the midst of street life. Our lives should be filled with practical actions that reflect our faith, not just words or lofty ideas. Let's live out transformative faith by listening to each other and sharing Christ's love through practical kindness and compassion. Pastor Steven G. Lee (May 10, 2024)
