The ancient wisdom of James 5:1-6 condemns the unjust accumulation of riches and the exploitation of workers, calling us to recognize and rectify these injustices. Proverbs 31:8-9 further emphasizes our responsibility to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and to defend the rights of the poor and needy, underscoring our moral duty to ensure fairness and justice for all.
