A Statement of Divine Empowerment and Guidance (04/08/'24) -Statement

A Statement of Divine Empowerment and Guidance In our journey through life's uncertainties and challenges, we are never alone. The scriptures remind us of a profound truth: God's presence is a constant source of guidance, teaching, and empowerment. The story of Moses, alongside those of prophets and apostles, illustrates God's sovereignty over our abilities and His readiness to work through our weaknesses. "Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?" (Exodus 4:11-12). This divine assertion is not just for Moses but extends to all of us, emphasizing that God equips us for the missions He entrusts to us. Throughout the Bible, from Jeremiah to Paul, we see God's transformative power turning inadequacy into strength. The Lord assures us, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9), a testament to His enabling power within us. Though our paths may not mirror those of biblical figures, we each have a calling that demands divine strength beyond our own capabilities. We are encouraged to embrace our purpose with the confidence that "we can do all things through Him who strengthens us" (Philippians 4:13). When faced with doubt or fear, we must remember that wisdom and strength can be sought from God, who generously provides (James 1:5). Guided by His hand, we are equipped to navigate our challenges and fulfill our calling. Let this be our declaration: In every endeavor, we will rely on the Lord for instruction and direction (Psalm 32:8), for it is through His strength, wisdom, and guidance that we find the power to achieve our purpose and illuminate the world with His light.
