Faith Embodied: A Reminder and Proclamation (03/24/'24) -Message

Faith Embodied: A Reminder and Proclamation Dear Friends, In moments of reflection and seeking, we often find ourselves searching for guidance that has, in truth, always been within us. Today, I wish to share with you a profound reminder of the essence of our faith, a treasure that lies not beyond, but within and amongst us. "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" - this phrase, extracted from Romans 10:8, encapsulates the intimate presence of faith in our lives. It is the word of faith we proclaim, an affirmation that the divine wisdom we seek is ever-present in our spoken words and the deepest corners of our hearts. This beautiful principle encourages us to recognize and cherish the sacredness within us, guiding us towards living a life aligned with divine truth. Moreover, the essence of our journey is beautifully captured in 1 Thessalonians 1:3, reminding us of "your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father." These words serve as a testament to the enduring spirit of faithfulness, the unwavering dedication to love, and the resilient hope that defines our existence. In recognizing these efforts, we honor the spiritual commitment that shapes our path and strengthens our connection to the divine. As we continue to navigate the complexities of life, let these passages inspire and reaffirm our commitment to embodying faith in every action, thought, and moment of patience. They remind us that our spiritual journey is anchored in the love and wisdom that reside within and around us, guiding us toward a life of fulfillment and grace. May this message of faith resonate with you, offering comfort, inspiration, and a deeper connection to the profound truths that guide our lives. With warmth and spiritual solidarity, Pastor Steven G. Lee (March 24, 2024)
