Message: Embracing Our Divine Homecoming (06/24/'24)

Subject: Embracing Our Divine Homecoming Dear Friends, I hope this message finds you in good spirits. Today, I want to share a reflection that has deeply inspired me and, I hope, will resonate with you as well. Often, we find ourselves entangled in the remnants of our past, weighed down by the lessons we’ve endured. However, it's crucial to remember that these experiences are mere tutors, not life sentences. They are meant to guide us, to enlighten our paths, but not to define who we are or who we can become. We were born for more than just the echoes of what has been; we were born for a divine homecoming. The kingdom of God is already among us, unshakeable and boundless. It invites us to pursue righteousness, to set it as the cornerstone of our lives. This kingdom cannot be constrained by limitations or past mistakes. It stands firm, offering us a constant invitation to step into the light of grace and truth. Jesus himself called us to action with the words, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 3:2 KJV). Each step of repentance is not just a step away from our past but a step closer to our true home—with every act of repentance, we illuminate our paths and rediscover the peace and belonging that the kingdom promises. Let us move forward, not as prisoners to our past, but as pilgrims on a sacred journey of rediscovery. Let's open our hearts to the endless possibilities that grace brings and embrace the peace that sings of home—a place where we belong unconditionally. May this message inspire you to look beyond the shadows of yesterday and walk confidently towards the divine home that awaits us all. Warm regards, Pastor Steven G. Lee (June 24, 2024)
