Message: Embracing Our Actions and God's Grace (06/08/'24)

Subject: Embracing Our Actions and God's Grace The Fabric of Our Doings You belong to what you are doing, not to the thoughts that dance through your mind or the words that spill from your lips. In the stillness of unspoken moments, hearts simmer with the potential of actions yet taken, strong and decisive, not weakened by idle chatter. The pain of feeling unanchored, of drifting without a place to call home, gnaws at the soul. But in the embrace of God, in His infinite grace, we find our refuge, our true belonging. In the twilight of our days, it is not the cold, echoing silence of friends that we will recall, but the fervent warmth of God's grace and mercy, manifest through Jesus Christ. "I can do all things," we declare with confidence, drawing strength from Christ, a boundless reservoir of might. "Believe the works," says He, urging us to see and understand the divine presence, the Father in Him and He in the Father. We are born of our actions, the true heirs to the deeds we choose to perform. In the light of His love, we find renewal, a perpetual fountain of grace and mercy, ever fresh, ever true. Our lives, stitched together by the fabric of our doings, reflect the unwavering truth of God's enduring love. Pastor Steven G. Lee (June 8, 2024)
